Terms and Conditions for Tickets to the Barbados Magic Lounge

 

1. All Sales Are Final

All ticket sales are final. Refunds will only be offered as outlined in our cancellation policy. This is standard policy for concerts, theatre performances, and live events.
 

2. Cancellation Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

• Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the show are eligible for a 50% refund.

• Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the show are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.

3. Rescheduling Policy

If you need to reschedule your ticket:

• Changes made at least 72 hours before the show will incur a fee of 15% of the ticket price.

• Changes made between 72 hours and 12 hours before the show will incur a fee of 50% of the ticket price.

• Changes requested within 12 hours of the show are not eligible for rescheduling. However, if the show is sold out and we are able to resell your seats, we will offer you a reschedule for a fee of 50% of the ticket price.

 

4. No-Shows

Tickets for no-shows cannot be rescheduled or refunded under any circumstances.

 

5. Dinner Reservations

Dinner reservations are subject to availability. Castaways will confirm your reservation shortly after booking through info@castawaysbb.com or via OpenTable. Please check your email for confirmation.

 

6. Liability Disclaimer

Barbados Magic Lounge and Castaways are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur to you, your party, or your belongings before, during, or after your visit. This includes the loss or theft of personal belongings.
